Cactus Grill was spun from the first Jose Peppers in 1988, after Jose’s once lost and forgotten twin brother Javier, came to town, where a battle ensued over the family recipes. Javier left Jose Peppers, to start his own restaurant Cactus Grill. With that he took many of the family famous recipes, plus he added some of his own Southwestern twists, not found at Jose Peppers. Although many years have passed since that day and the brothers have long since become a family again, friendly competition still continues today with each brother trying to outdo the other. In this, you can find at Cactus Grill such specialties as Suiza Enchalada, Maji Corzone, and for those who enjoy the margaritas, Cactus Grills famous Prickly Pear Margarita!
